Menstrual health education matters
Menstrual health education breaks stigma & builds body literacy
Days for Girls is striving to lead menstrual health education at the national level. When women and girls understand their bodies, they gain confidence, and the ability to make informed decisions about their health, education, and future.

Our approach to menstrual health education
We create safe spaces where women, girls, boys, men, educators, and community leaders can ask questions, challenge misconceptions, and build understanding together.
We equip local leaders to deliver high-quality menstrual health education in their communities through schools, workplaces, community organizations, and healthcare settings.
Education across every stage of life
Menstrual health education is integrated throughout all four Days for Girls programs.
