Days for Girls is proud to lead the coalition of the Period Positive Workplace movement.
This growing global initiative has certified nearly 400 organizations in 61 countries, helping create workplaces where employees feel supported, respected, and able to fully participate every day of the month.
The Period Positive Workplace initiative is designed to be flexible, low-cost, and accessible for organizations of all sizes and sectors.
To become certified, workplaces commit to three actions:
- Provide free period products in bathrooms
- Ensure bathrooms support dignity, safety, and privacy
- Clearly communicate that products are available and supported
