Victoria Vincent is a seasoned strategic communications and fundraising professional with a strong record of success across political and nonprofit sectors. A graduate of Harvard University, she brings a sharp understanding of leadership, finance, and organizational strategy to her work. With a degree in Business Management and Communications from Brigham Young University, Victoria has developed deep expertise in campaign development, donor engagement, and mission-driven messaging. Her career includes impactful fundraising roles supporting both political initiatives and nonprofit causes, where she has helped drive growth, strengthen donor relationships, and execute high-performing outreach strategies. Recognized for her exceptional writing skills, cultural fluency, and leadership in cross-functional teams, Victoria combines analytical insight with purpose-driven execution.

Outside of work, she dreams of one day having her own beehive, because building community should be sweet in every sense! Victoria is ecstatic to work with Days for Girls and contribute to its powerful mission!
