Tiffany Larson leads Days for Girls International as CEO with a deep commitment to dignity, equity, and opportunity for all. A passionate advocate for menstrual health and sustainable development, she brings over two decades of experience to the role, blending business acumen with a heart for global impact. Her leadership is grounded in the belief that access to health and education is a human right—and that lasting change starts at the community level.

Tiffany’s academic background includes a Master’s Degree in Management and Graduate Certificates in both Nonprofit Management and Strategic Management from Harvard University. She also holds a bachelor's degree in International Development from Brigham Young University. Her early dedication to empowerment through education earned her the title of Volunteer of the Year in Utah in 2002.

Before becoming CEO, Tiffany held several executive roles at Days for Girls, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Program Officer—each shaping her holistic and inclusive approach to global leadership.
