Monineath Seng

Cambodia Program Manager

Monineath holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from CamEd Business School and the International Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) qualification from the UK. She is currently the Cambodia Program Manager at Days for Girls, where she leads the delivery of teacher training programs that equip educators to confidently teach puberty and menstrual health education. She works closely with teachers and trainee teachers across Cambodia, supporting them as they bring these important lessons into their classrooms.

Her journey with Days for Girls began as a Khmer–English interpreter for Cambodia menstrual health project. Through interpreting open discussions about menstruation for the first time, she witnessed how knowledge can replace shame with confidence. Having grown up in a culture where menstruation was rarely discussed, she is committed to advancing menstrual health education and ensuring that no girl is left behind simply because of her period.
