Mandy Vidalis

Mandy is a seasoned business professional with nearly 20 years of experience in a diverse range of industries, including financial services, consulting, heavy industry, international development, and education. She has led diverse teams in multicultural settings, built businesses from the ground up, and optimized business processes that have enabled corporate growth and prosperity.

Mandy’s international experience includes working in South Africa, the Middle East, and the United States. Most recently, she worked for an international think-tank focused on global security, where she created process improvements for major security summits that attracted global leaders in business, military, and government. She also served as the principal liaison for government delegations and conducted extensive planning and coordination with senior officials from more than 40 countries. Prior to that, Mandy was a program manager for multimillion-dollar projects at a prominent heavy industry and infrastructure company in the Middle East. She was also a founding member of an award-winning social enterprise that developed an innovative mobile savings platform for the unbanked in developing countries.

Mandy has an MBA from Hult International Business School in San Francisco, CA. She also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business, along with certificates and qualifications in strategic and advanced project management.
