Juliana Howard offers over 40 years of leadership in retail, merchandising, marketing, sales, and general management. Throughout her career, she has led teams and managed business initiatives across Central and Eastern Europe, Africa, the United Arab Emirates, Latin America, and the Asia-Pacific. She has served in executive roles at Nordstrom and Nike.
Throughout her career, Juliana has been passionate about building strong teams, developing leaders, and creating environments where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed. She is known for her collaborative leadership style, positive energy, and ability to bring people together around a shared vision. Her approach is rooted in the belief that meaningful results are achieved when individuals are inspired, engaged, and equipped to contribute their best.
Juliana is honored to serve as the incoming Board President of Days for Girls International. Having spent her life championing opportunities for women and girls to thrive and reach their full potential, she was drawn to Days for Girls because of its powerful ability to create lasting change through dignity, education, health, and empowerment. She is deeply inspired by the organization's mission and believes that investing in women and girls creates stronger families, healthier communities, and a more equitable world. Through her service, Juliana is committed to helping expand the organization's impact and creating opportunities for women and girls to flourish around the globe.
When not volunteering her time in support of causes she cares deeply about, Juliana enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and continuing to learn from the diverse people and communities she encounters around the world.
