Eva Fernandez Martin

Eva's professional journey, rooted in social and cultural anthropology, has taken her through the landscapes of developmental cooperation and humanitarian action in Eastern Europe. Throughout her career, Eva has worked in project management and fundraising to support initiatives in financial inclusion, social and behavioral change, inclusive governance, social protection, and market systems development.

However, it was during her Master's program in Humanitarian Action in Mumbai that Eva's passion for menstrual health advocacy ignited. She dedicated her Master's thesis to exploring the gaps and opportunities in menstrual health programming among NGOs in India. Since then, Eva has been deeply passionate about ending the stigma surrounding menstruation and driving social change to advance gender equality.
