Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Officer
In November 2021, Enid joined DfGU as the MEAL Officer, primarily to support the CARE International ECHO-APPEAL III Project in Kyaka II and Kyangwali refugee settlements. Working closely with the field teams in these settlements, Enid’s primary focus is ensuring high quality data collection to measure the project’s effectiveness.
As the organization’s primary data analyst, Enid also supports the entire DfGU enterprise, identifying key project indicators, designing project tools and Frameworks, documenting case studies, collecting and analyzing data using SPSS and KoboCollect, writing reports and Disseminating to Key stakeholders.
Enid has six years of experience working under the Monitoring and Evaluation field all under Non-Government Organization, Before joining DFGU in 2021, she worked for 4(four) years as the Monitoring Evaluation Officer at FEED THE FUTURE (USAID) and EGE-Empowerment for Girls Education (UKAID) under PEDN implementing organization in most schools in Mbale, Masindi, Gulu and Mubende, it involved a versed number of field work, data collection using ODK,analysis, report writing and dissemination. She also worked with Hunger Project Uganda as a data clerk being her first job, SUSTAIN Project (Obulamu) under (USAID) in Karamoja region as a Research Supervisor.
Enid holds a Bachelor's degree in community psychology from Makerere University and a post graduate diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from Uganda Management Institute. She is currenting pursuing a Masters in Management Studies at the same institute.
Enid is a happy person with a lovely smile. She's also a wife and mother to one beautiful daughter.
