In 2024, thanks to the tireless efforts of our volunteers and partners, 57,867 refugees, internally displaced people, and others facing crisis in 31 countries received DfG Kits, menstrual health information, and vital support. Each DfG Kit represents a message of care and solidarity from volunteers who believe that everyone, no matter where they live, deserves dignity.

From Nepal and Cambodia to Kenya, Uganda, and crisis zones like Ukraine and Morocco, your commitment has ensured that women and girls are never left behind. Together in 2023, we delivered menstrual health kits, provided critical education, and supported local leaders to create lasting, sustainable change.

In 2022, your continued support made it possible for DfG to tackle menstrual equity around the globe in significant ways. From a national education initiative in Cambodia, to an emphasis on the menstrual health needs of refugees from Ukraine to Uganda.

The 2021 Annual Report celebrates the support of individuals, foundations and corporate investors and their role in making sure girls around the world have what they need to manage their menstruation safely and with dignity.

The theme for 2020 was Periods Don’t Pause for Pandemics, and thanks to supporters like you, neither did we. Despite unprecedented challenges, we were able to achieve so much together.

With your support in 2019 we expanded access to menstrual care and education by increasing global advocacy and partnerships, cultivating social enterprises, mobilizing volunteers, and innovating our sustainable solutions.

In 2018 DfG celebrated our 10th anniversary. In typical DfG style, we decided to host a 28-day Global Girls Festival and set a goal to reach 100,000 girls and women with DfG Kits and education.

Across six continents, beaming women and girls hold DfG Kits, reclaiming days once spent isolated and ashamed. In 2017 we were one million strong in 123 countries. With every passing day, our momentum grew stronger.

What started as an "ah-ha" moment in 2008 grew into a global movement, thanks to you. Because of the incredible support from Days for Girls Chapters, Teams, Enterprises and Partners, we reached over 640,000 women and girls in just nine short years.

2015 was filled with advancements at every level. Days for Girls was honored to continue leading conversation in menstrual health from the grassroots level to the halls of Congress.

Days for Girls believes women and girls should be able to meet their own health and hygiene needs. Because of that, in 2014 DfG established DfG Enterprises by training women in sewing, reproductive health, basic business skills, and soap-making.
