Tessa Laubacher Bryant

Grants Manager

As Grants Manager, Tessa is responsible for finding, writing and applying for grants that enable Days for Girls International to continue its work around the globe. Tessa previously worked with Days for Girls' many incredible volunteers as Associate Chapters Manager.

Prior to Days for Girls, Tessa worked as a healthcare navigator and case manager for resettled single mother refugees and their families. She holds a master’s degree in Gender, Globalization and Rights from the University of Galway and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Notre Dame. She currently lives in Dublin, Ireland and is passionate about gender equality and sustainability. In her free time, Tessa loves to hike, travel, and run ultramarathons.
