Rachael Pullman is a passionate human resources professional who believes that people are an organization’s best asset. Specializing in change management, organizational development, and a serial entrepreneur, she brings a research-based approach to her work. She is a longtime ally and advocate for women’s equality, BI&POC, and LGBTQIA+ community. Rachael’s primary professional goal is to create a thriving professional environment where people can work effectively, collaboratively, and safely.
Rachael earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resource Development with a certificate in Organizational Development from Villanova University. Rachael is a proud parent of four with her husband of 19 years, and loves spending her time with her family, friends, with good food and conversation.
