
Haley Millet
Strategic Partnerships Director
As Strategic Partnerships Director (and former) Advocacy and Program Manager, Haley focuses on strategic design and internal capacity building for DfG Advocacy. She supports country level work through partnership development, policy design, technical assistance, and creation of tools and resources. At the global level, Haley helps to design field-building events and represents DfG on several coalitions. She also manages particular grants in the East Africa region.
Haley has ten years of experience working with community-based organizations in East Africa, and is passionate about honoring local knowledge at the center of development solutions. Prior to joining Days for Girls, she worked as a consultant in strategic planning and measurement, learning, and evaluation (MLE) for philanthropic and impact investment institutions including the Global Impact Investing Network, UN SDG Philanthropy Platform, W.K. Kellogg Foundation, and Aspen Global Leadership Network among others.
Haley holds an MPH in Global Health and a bachelor’s degree in Public Health and Medical Anthropology, both from the University of Washington.
