Global Enterprise Director
Work with a strong global team as DfG’s Global Enterprise Director. This position takes a lead role in managing grant fulfillment, reporting to and assisting the Chief Program Officer (CPO) in directing the work of Days for Girls Global Enterprise programs, taking ownership of the development and successful implementation of Enterprises throughout Africa, Latin America, the Middle East, and Asia. Developing Key Performance Indicators for Enterprises and the Enterprise Program. This person will work with the Enterprise Program Manager (EPM), Impact Manager, and Supply Chain Manager. They will set goals for the Global Enterprise Program with the CPO and CEO in alignment with Days for Girls’ Theory of Change and work to ensure successful implementation of the program and grants from start to completion, involving deadlines, milestones, processes, monitoring key performance indicators, management of the enterprise program, development and management of budgets, and working with MLE to capture all of the impact the program makes.

This role will be strategic and hands-on, working closely across teams to ensure Days for Girls continues to increase in thought leadership and funding, reaching global audiences with compelling messages, and advancing our mission to serve women and girls. This position is based in Seattle or remotely.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Working closely with the CDCO to develop and drive DfGI’s digital and content strategies in alignment with broader advocacy and development goals.
● Develop and execute an editorial and content plan, and writing and/or overseeing the production of compelling marketing materials, including infographics, brochures, digital content, and PowerPoint presentations.
● Identifying and stewarding online campaigns and developing new approaches to storytelling and content creation.
