Fundraising Coordinator

Position Description:  

In conjunction with the Board and with the help of committees as necessary:

  • research potential fundraising options

  • organize fundraising events 

  • work with the Treasurer to ensure all funds are handled appropriately. 

 

Essential Functions:

  • Present fundraising options to the Board for discussion and approval

  • Implement the chosen fundraising projects with the help of adhoc committees

 

Previous Experience:

  • Experience in fundraising would be an asset

 

Essential Skills:

  • Organizational skills

  • Ability to approach and convince potential donors

  • A willingness to think outside the box.
