Patsy has a long association with Days for Girls, having joined the Mt Warning Team in the Tweed Shire in northern NSW in 2014. She later joined the Coonabarabran Team in her old hometown.
Patsy has wide experience working in education, training, consulting, and lecturing across a range of the learning sector. Her focus areas include communication in the workplace, leadership, and professional development.
Patsy has served on and trained a number of Boards in the not-for-profit sector over many years. She has worked in three States in Australia and for several years in the United Kingdom. As an educator and consultant, she strongly believes in equity, fairness, transparency, open communication, and lifelong learning.
Patsy was appointed as the New South Wales State Coordinator in 2021 and continues in this role. Additionally, Patsy is serving as Training Officer and Public Relations Officer for Days for Girls.
