A qualified accountant who has delivered impactful results, insights, and problem-solving in complex fast-paced environments having worked for industry leaders in UK’s media telecoms including British Telecom (BT Group) and in Australia’s FMCG with Coca-Cola Europacific Partners and currently working at ForHealth Group. I have managed P&Ls, devised and supported strategic plans while building strong lasting relationships within the businesses.

After returning form London after 13 years last year July, I wasn’t working at that time and wanted to explore charity work near me and this is when I came across Sewing Bee at Burwood Library advertised on seek.com where it mentioned it’s aim of providing reusable hygiene products and solutions for impoverished countries where going to school and daily life are impacted each month. I mainly attend the Strathfield South sewing bee, participating in different activities that go into making a kit such as sewing the liners, sewing drawstring bags and stencilling. Apart from the fantastic company, community spirit and honing my sewing skills, I truly believe in the importance of the work being done at DfGAL and want to be part of alleviating the challenges faced by girls and women using my experience where possible to make a difference.
